How and when to book a stay at Arimac, and this season's key dates.
How to book
Members make booking requests by emailing the booking form to the Booking Officer at arimac.bookings@gmail.com. You can also email the Booking Officer to check vacancies.
Please send a form filled in on your computer rather than printed and scanned, so it is easy to read.
Download the booking form and this year's booking conditions from the Forms page. Read the conditions carefully so your booking form isn't rejected.
Booking periods
Winter bookings open to members in phases:
- Phase 1: 1 to 14 March
- Phase 2: 1 to 14 April
- Phase 3: 1 to 14 May
In 2026 the winter peak period ran from 26 July (lot 16) to 29 August (lot 25). Phase 3 changed and Phase 4 was removed in 2026, and rates changed on the booking form.
